Before the planned installation date, a person from the Sales Department will coordinate with you the time of delivery of ready windows. The joinery will be delivered with specialized transport. Profiles and accessories are factory-protected with stickers guaranteeing surface intactness of structures and insulating glass and protection against damage during transport and installation.

Installation

Our installers are qualified and experienced experts using state-of-the-art, high quality installation consumables. We successfully perform complex and non-standard installation jobs requiring individual approach and innovative technical solutions.

Plastering up

We don’t like to leave our job unfinished. That is why, we now offer PLASTERING UP, which includes: finishing the windows with gypsum, gypsum adhesive or plasterboard, installation of edge protector on the inside and joint sealing with acrylic silicone on the outside.

Warranty services

Our services are free of charge within the specified warranty periods. Our experts are always willing to advise you on any issue that might arise.

Warranty periods for:

The warranty covers defects resulting from usual operation or due to poor materials or workmanship. All such defects and omission are remedied free of charge. In the event of any problems associated with maintenance and use of our joinery, please contact our office staff. Free of charge warranty service may be refused in the following cases:

• Non-observance of operation and maintenance instructions and also where damage was caused by excessive contamination (including damage of mechanical joinery parts - casing, hinges, locks, handles – caused by accumulation of dust);
• The item was used not for the intended application;
• Inconsistency of document data and the item itself;
• Repair attempts by persons not authorized by ALU-PLAST PLC;
• Vandalism and Acts of God;
• Negligence or deliberate actions of the user.
